Cancellation
Custom orders may be canceled free of charge before drawing approval.
After approval, production begins and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Order Support
If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or not as approved, please contact us with photos and order details. We will provide repair, replacement, or reshipment where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
