Ordering your sculpture is simple. Select your preferred options, view pricing instantly, and complete your purchase online.

1. Choose Your Sculpture
Browse our collection and select a sculpture that suits your space, style, and project needs.
2. Customize Available Options
Many sculptures offer customizable options directly on the product page, including: size, material, finish, color, base style and so on.
Pricing updates automatically based on your selections.

3. Add to Cart & Checkout
Once you've finalized your options, add the sculpture to your cart and complete your purchase securely online.
4. Order Confirmation & 3D Design Preparation
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with estimated production time. Within 48 hours, we will send the 3D drawing of the sculpture you selected for your approval.

5. Review & Approve Your 3D Drawing
Carefully review the 3D drawing and ensure all details meet your expectations.
If any adjustments are needed, simply let us know. Our team will revise the design until final approval is received.
6. Model Creation & Approval
After the 3D rendering has been approved, we will create a physical model based on the project requirements.
Depending on the sculpture type, this may include: clay model, 3D printed model, foam prototype and so on.
This stage allows you to review the sculpture's overall form and artistic details before full production begins.
If adjustments are required, our team will make revisions and provide updated model photos for review.

7. Handcrafted Production
Once the model is approved, our artisans begin full-scale production.
For selected made-to-order pieces, progress updates may be provided.
Production will begin only after the model receives final approval. Please note that the estimated production timeline starts from the date of final model approval.
8. Finished Sculpture Review
When production is complete, we provide detailed photos and/or videos of the finished sculpture for your review.
This allows you to verify overall appearance, surface finish, artistic details, craftmanship quality.
Once approved, we proceed with final packaging and shipment preparation.

9. Packaging & Shipment
Your sculpture is carefully packed using export-grade protective materials and custom wooden crates when required.
After shipment, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor delivery progress.
10. Delivery & Installation Support
Once your sculpture arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. For large-scale sculptures, appropriate unloading equipment and site access may be required. Our team will provide handling recommendations before shipment and can assist with delivery and installation planning when needed.

Upon arrival, inspect your sculpture and contact us if any assistance is needed. Our team remains available to assist you throughout the installation process.
