Shipping policy

This page outlines production timelines, shipping arrangements, delivery services, and important information related to receiving your sculpture.

All sculptures are handcrafted to order and carefully prepared to ensure safe and secure delivery.

1. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production begins only after all design details have been finalized and the model has been approved.

Standard Service

● Production Time: Approximately 6–9 weeks after model approval
● Shipping Time: Approximately 5–6 weeks
● Estimated Total Lead Time: Approximately 11–15 weeks

Expedited Service

Expedited production and shipping may reduce the total lead time to approximately 8–10 weeks. Additional charges may apply.

Please note that all timelines are estimates and may vary due to project complexity, material availability, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Final Approval Before Shipment

Before shipment, we will provide photos and/or videos of the completed sculpture for your final approval.

Shipping arrangements will begin only after receiving your confirmation.

3. Shipping Areas & Costs

Complimentary standard shipping is included for orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, remote locations, and international destinations.

International shipping quotations are provided on a project-by-project basis.

4. Secure Packaging

Every sculpture undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment.

To ensure maximum protection during transit, each sculpture is first wrapped with professional shock-absorbing materials and then securely packed in a custom-built wooden crate specifically designed for the artwork.

5. Delivery Services

Standard shipping includes curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for unloading, moving, and final installation.

White Glove Delivery is available for selected projects as an optional premium service. Services may include room-of-choice placement, unpacking assistance, and removal of standard packaging materials.

Availability and pricing vary by project and destination.

For oversized sculptures or locations with restricted access, additional arrangements may be required.

6. Receiving Your Sculpture

Please carefully inspect both the packaging and the sculpture before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

If any damage is found, please:

● Take photos and/or videos immediately
● Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt (POD) whenever possible
● Contact us promptly and provide supporting documentation

Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been fully reviewed.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
