This page outlines production timelines, shipping arrangements, delivery services, and important information related to receiving your sculpture.

All sculptures are handcrafted to order and carefully prepared to ensure safe and secure delivery.

1. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production begins only after all design details have been finalized and the 3D design model has been approved.

Standard Service

● Handling Time: 30-45 business days
● Shipping & Delivery Time: 20-30 business days
● Estimated Total Lead Time: 50-75 business days

Expedited Service

Expedited service is available for selected small-size sculptures and eligible projects upon request.

Additional charges may apply. Our team will review the project requirements and provide availability and pricing details based on the sculpture size, production schedule, and delivery location.

Due to production complexity, expedited service is generally not available for large-scale sculptures or highly customized projects.

2. Final Approval Before Shipment

Before shipment, we will provide photos and/or videos of the completed sculpture for your final approval.

Shipping arrangements will begin only after receiving your confirmation.

3. Shipping Areas & Costs

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included in the listed product price, with no additional standard shipping charge added at checkout.

Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, remote locations, international destinations, expedited service, or other special delivery requirements. Any applicable additional charges will be confirmed before payment.

Optional white-glove delivery is available for an additional fee. The applicable fee will be displayed when this service is selected and reflected in the order total before payment.

International shipping quotations are provided on a project-by-project basis. For international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and standard clearance fees are included in the confirmed shipping quotation unless otherwise stated.

4. Secure Packaging

Every sculpture undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment.

To ensure maximum protection during transit, each sculpture is first wrapped with professional shock-absorbing materials and then securely packed in a custom-built wooden crate specifically designed for the artwork.

5. Delivery Services

Standard shipping includes curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for unloading, moving, and final installation.

White Glove Delivery is available for selected projects as an optional premium service. Services may include room-of-choice placement, unpacking assistance, and removal of standard packaging materials.

Availability and pricing vary by project and destination.

For oversized sculptures or locations with restricted access, additional arrangements may be required.

6. Receiving Your Sculpture

Please carefully inspect both the packaging and the sculpture before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

If any damage is found, please:

● Take photos and/or videos immediately
● Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt (POD) whenever possible
● Contact us promptly and provide supporting documentation

Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been fully reviewed.
