Refund policy

This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds for all made-to-order sculptures.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation eligibility depends on the production stage:

● Before drawing approval: Full refund (100%)
● After drawing approval or model confirmation: A 30% cancellation fee applies to cover design, modeling, and production preparation costs
● After shipment: Orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation

Once production begins, each sculpture is handcrafted specifically for the client and cannot be resold.

2. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our sculptures, returns for non-quality-related reasons are generally not accepted.

In exceptional circumstances, return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval from US Sculpture.

If a return is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of authorization in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging materials. We will review and respond to your return request within 2-3 business days.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our sculptures, exchanges for non-quality-related reasons are generally not accepted.

In exceptional circumstances, an exchange may be approved in writing by US Sculpture. If approved, the sculpture must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging materials.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs associated with an approved exchange.

For sculptures that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved order specifications, please refer to the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items section below.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Sculptures

All sculptures are individually crafted to order, including sculptures produced based on approved drawings and confirmed models.

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

● Manufacturing defects
● Shipping damage
● Significant deviations from approved design specifications

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery and before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or differs significantly from the approved order specifications, please contact us at support@ussculpture.com as soon as possible and provide:

● Order number
● Photos or videos of the sculpture
● Photos or videos of the packaging and wooden crate

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or reshipment at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
