Cancellation
Orders may be canceled free of charge before design approval.
Once production begins after approval, cancellations may no longer be accepted.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the approved design, please contact us with photos and order details. We will provide appropriate support and solutions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
